yea.... japan. build a real size gundam. freaking awesome.

i wonder where they will transport it after its done being on display. hope they dont take it apart and trash it.
and the paint is too glossy for my tastes. makes it to toyish. a nice flat coat wouldve made it look more realistic and match all the details and such.

I want to weather it, get some ivy growing on it, and have it in my back garden.

"OMG! IT'S A GUNDAM!"

Man, that paint looks too real and too good in the sunlight. Love the shot with the trees.
If you're poking around and asking how to do this and that, here's my advice: Just try it. And when you inevitably fail, don't blame it on anyone. Learn from it and improve the next time around because honestly that's the fastest and surest way to get good at this craft or just about anything else for that matter.

Fail Harder.

It looks pretty good.  Although no gun and shield....
Would like to see it in person but know that will be impossible....

That is so sick! We are so much closer to a real Gundam now! So close yet so far! All we need is a G.N. Drive, and we have enough technology to do it!

Just fly over there with a ton of cans of Testors dulcoat, and spray it yourself, lol!

Well, maybe over a little bit of time it'll become a bit weathered...  ...then again, it probably won't be out long enough for that...

Well, if the weather isn't enough to give it a worn look, maybe the large group of Zeon fanboy/loyalists now converging on that location will be able to give it a more "distressed" look...

(They gotta get a guy in a Char outfit out there, dangling from a wire taking pictures.  XD)
