The Volks advertisement stated 2 new kits in progress. Unless Volks has gone all plastic on us, I'd assume the two new releases will be in resin, which is the way I would prefer.

An updated version of the A-Toll would be nice, but a 1/100 A-Toll Scritti would be much better.

LOL scriti is a dream but it's not likely ... they don't like chalenges .... so I'm guessing it's the sav cobra ... but I really don't want it because I'm satisfied with my wsc. Hopefully it's normal atoll ... I will kiss volks if it's scritti     . BTW ... what is the other kit ?

The Vai-O-la is that cool merc MH with the cross-eyes that unfortunately got "dis-armed" by Aisha in her Terror Mirage. Looking forward to that even more than the Scritti

oh vai-o-la .... I think it will be another reproduction of the old one like their helmine. only casted in a newer resin. But scritti ... yum ... I'm in dilemna and if it's so volks will have the answer for me !! :D .... I can't bring myself to buy the tani 1/144 ... and I don't like the FAC 1/100 scritti ... but with hirai's magic hand (hopefully) ... it will bring me my dream scritti :D

Priced yen22000+tax at the show, not bad compare to recent kit prices.  It looks like a poseable kit.  Hopefully will have good detail.  I hope they will have retail kit by April when I go to Japan

It looks like Volks just updated their site with more pictures of this kit. I didn't think too highly of it at first, but now it's starting to look better and better.

I don't find the Vai-O-La too hot, but maybe the photos in the next hobby mags will cange that.

Here are more pics of the parts of the IP Vatshu:

Vai O La looks great, though it's a really odd choice for Volks at this point in time. I would have expected something more 'classic', along the lines of their recent Schpeltor and Bang Doll. Perhaps a Terror Mirage, Auge, A Toll BS, Ashura Temple, or Junchoon.

But as it is, I quite like the new Vai O La. Always liked that MH. I will get this, and the IP Vatshu as well.

I see NO sign of the Vai O La being posable. The static pose of the model photos, and the label HIGH SPEC GARAGE KIT seem to indicate this kit will follow the pattern of the other HIGH SPEC kits. Fixed pose.

Vai O La! Wow!

I didn't expect to be blindsided by that one!

But alas, I'm too poor to spend on the hobby atm. At least the price is on the reasonable end of things.

Looking for:
