Vai O La looks great, though it's a really odd choice for Volks at this point in time. I would have expected something more 'classic', along the lines of their recent Schpeltor and Bang Doll. Perhaps a Terror Mirage, Auge, A Toll BS, Ashura Temple, or Junchoon.

But as it is, I quite like the new Vai O La. Always liked that MH. I will get this, and the IP Vatshu as well.

I see NO sign of the Vai O La being posable. The static pose of the model photos, and the label HIGH SPEC GARAGE KIT seem to indicate this kit will follow the pattern of the other HIGH SPEC kits. Fixed pose.
I thing it is a poseable fix pose kit.  Based on "形状だけでなく可動までも造形する感性・構成・ディティールがここにある。" quoted from the volks page.

It looks like we will indeed see an A-Toll Scritti from Volks in the very near future.

"The WF sale of A and toll [sukuritei;] announced in the model magazine etc. was postponed.   A that day of WF prototype exhibition is scheduled."

It seems Volks is on the way turning mm to sav, and sav to plastics...

As awesome as this is as a plastic robot kit, it's really the worst offering of the Neptune design in kit form, and to me a step back from the awesome Vatshu.

2 new resins AND another new plastic? Volks is really kicking it into high gear now...

Not that I'm complaining.

Still, Neptune seems an odd choice. I would have expected a plastic version of their new Schpeltor. Like what they did with plastic and resin Bang Doll.

Factorys 2010 will be releasing soon! And according to WSC, their next release will be the White Phantom, which will be shown at the WF this coming weekend.

Hopefully we'll get some good pictures of the A-Toll Scritti from Volks, as the teaser from March HJ already look very tantalizing.

WSC White Phantom? Boo...probably just a slight rehash of the red phantom.

is the Atoll scritti going to be released at WF for sure or is it just going to be a preview??

there is also going to be a KOG toy/figure that will be released. Depending on how it turns out and the price I may actually pick one up, since i absolutely suck at doing gold color on models...

the KOG i'm talking about is released by WAVE and shown in March's HJ. According to member on another board who I presume read japanese it's a finished abs product. actually, even though i can only read the kanji character it says it's a finished product and not a kit :P

Not probably, but definitely.

The Scritti will not be available for sale during the Winter WF. It's been delayed, perhaps till the Summer WF?

It looks like the next IP kit from Volks is the V-Siren Prominence. And check out the Scritti!

Great news!
Doing the Neptune and then following up with the Prominence is a no-brainer really since they can reuse large parts of the frame.

Scritti looks great....

Finally a nice 1/100 Scritti... I'm so happy. :D

FSS seemed pretty dead for a while... nice to see Volks really getting back into it. A nice new resin of a classic design, a nice new resin of a new design (one I've wanted for ages), and the plastic line keeps on growing...

Definitely a lot of good news from Volks.

Between these and the recent WSC releases I need to catch up on, my wallet will be in pain for a while.
