Some info. about my entry.
This was not my first mecha model, I actually built several Gundam Wing kits. This kit was, however, the first kit I painted in panel lines and other details.
I built this kit in my dorm room while I was at college, so I didn't have much room to work. The reference picture showed that all the pieces had been painted, but I decided that I would just stick with the molded color (would not have had room to paint it).
After getting it all put together and applying the decals I decided to make it look like it was through one heck of a battle.
